Describe the bug I’ve tried dozens of ways to get the feature to work with vector box, image box etc. But still get an error “error fetching image” I’ve tried several link types, standard url with .jpg at end. And Google link drive but still doesn’t work. Is this feature not available?

i couldnt get the google drive feature to work yesterday either. My solution was uploading it to a site i control and then referencing from their. Was a real pain in the ass though because the client had uploaded 100's of images to drive already and i had to go through one by one

A few weeks ago I also discovered the "image retrieval error" issue. And I have no idea why? I used this file (Google Sheet) for a long time and everything was fine. Other text data from file sync still works well, only image URLs return an error.

I have run into a similar issue. When using images in Google drive, they work fine at low numbers. When I get above about 20 image links, it starts to fail. Important note: This is not 20 images. This is just 20+ references to images. It could be the same 2 or 3 images referenced over and over again. In my case, it is the backgrounds to cards. There are only 2 backgrounds and one other image on 9 cards. (9 cards x 2 images each = 18 images) If I only have 1 card in the frame, it works perfectly. Same behavior in both the desktop and web version of Figma.
