Add timed stand functionallity #2

I added the functionality I asked for in #1, Don't know swift all that well, but it seems to be working.

@DWilliames @meck How do you change the time from the app? It doesn't seem to have an option to change the time. Are you sure you included the latest build into the release?

@ohkimur – Sorry, I think the actual exported Desk Controller.app file didn't properly have the updates. Can you try now. Can download from here: https://github.com/DWilliames/idasen-controller/releases/latest/download/Desk.Controller.app.zip
