renamed Base Url Text and added help tooltip for context #21

For #3

Hi, so I renamed the Base Url Text in ContentView.swift and added the newly available .help modifier with a short description.

I wasn't sure if I needed rename the baseUrl variable, which would make changes in several files, but please let me know if I need to do that to complete the Issue!
