Introduce python package #8

This PR does a few things:

Introduces a python package falcons.DeWarp
- I added a license (at least in the setup.cfg) and picked MIT license for it. This is something we should probably discuss / agree on.
Split main.py into different separate modules
Mostly removes globals and replaces them with a config file
Some minor clean up of python types where I touched them
