Group DM spammer does not account for rate limits #30

Describe the bug When you use the Group DM spammer, it will notify you there is a rate limit and keep retrying anyways.

To Reproduce

Expected behavior When there is a rate limit, you should notify the user and then sleep for that amount of time

Additional context You already have access to the time the user is rate limited for - stop retrying and just wait.
