Approval assets not appearing correctly

Description In develop we see approvals of WXDAI appearing as 0 in actions. In production we see proper amounts.

Also when expanding and clicking the function details the page crashes, presumably related.

Would be good to test that submitting a proposal with approval after this fix properly does the approval setting the same as production.
