Backend - Add interviewer field to interview

In the video when entering a patientid there is also an "interviewer" input field. That could potentially help us filter all interviews done by one person, the benefit eludes me at this moment but maybe there are other benefits?

We can just save the userid on the backend side. no need for a client field here. will do.
