Re-design of the app smart contract for supporting all features available on the web interface

List all the functions our web app should support for a patient's identity needs

Create a high-level workflow diagram starting with the sketch from the kickoff meeting. The workflow diagram should include the following:

[ ] UML diagrams for each type of smart contract currently in place to include the data structures and any functions needed
[ ] Interactions between the existing smart contracts
[ ] Interactions between the front end web interface

This exercise should expose what's currently missing in the system

Deliverables at the next meeting: workflow diagram as described above
