See comment - given it can't be installed on a server, closing for now and will continue to use local.

[ ] - [x] Learn how to run the demo dapp, and make sure the wallet/user addresses are compatible the demo dapp
[x] determine ec2 size - resource requirement for hardhat and stand up basic server

THEN:

[ ] Deploy dapp so usable anywhere
[ ] Incorporate CI/CD with GH Actions so deployed dapp is kept up to date (such as node-mon) for the dev server node using hardhat (1 should be suffice) and for change monitoring from HIDe-demo-dApp repository

THEN:

[ ] List the server and port information as a comment below
[ ] Generate ten user addresses and list them below

Hardhat does not support being installed on anything but a local environment. There may be a workaround, but may take jumping through hoops and ensuring it's secure enough:

"Error HH12: Trying to use a non-local installation of Hardhat, which is not supported." is a message generated by the Hardhat development framework for Hyperledger when it detects that you are trying to use a Hardhat installation that is not local to your machine.
