From what bro. Sanmi explained when we last spoke about it we would need a weekly/bi-weekly or monthly update sent to the donors on how their donations are being spent, progress on the mission field, and progress we have made as an organization. We are thinking of a different report for each donation class. For instance, the reports given to a donor that donated $500 would be more detailed and contain more info than those given to a donors that donated $100.

Iyin is absolutely right. The reporting model is what we choose to be telling the users according to their donation levels. Also, the frequency of delivering the information to them.
