add a link in the navbar to get to the current pool (mobile)
add secondary section to navbar to access current pool page, ladder, and ranked list (desktop)
add links to view a player's position in a ladder
add links to view a player's position on a map leaderboard
update links for pools at bottom of profile to link to profile as well
add external link on profile that points to SS
