Hi,
Do you have vapoursynth or ffmpeg installed separately on your system? I believe EncodeGUI is attempting to use those instead of the one already provided in the installation.

Yes, I use SVP 4 Pro and TensorRT rife which uses vapoursynth and ffmpeg. I wondered if that might be interfering.

Simple fix for me, was to switch to my administrator account in Windows 11 and reinstall EncodeGUI. Now it works flawlessly, and I didn't have to uninstall SVP. Thank you so much, for this amazing software! It's really great!
