It appears that you don't have the correct permissions to save the file to the path above. Try saving to another path and see if that works.

That's because you have already defined the output framerate in the SVPFlow tab (60fps).
never mind it was the antivirus, showed a message "ffmpeg.exe is trying to delete..." basically it said it was trying to delete the frames from the folder. I disabled the antivirus and now it works. but there seems to be a loss of quality tho...

but works fine for some videos
