delete .bat and .vscode and update .gitignore

i am switching to cmake at the moment so they will probalby be gon soon. but i would like to create a directory to have some tool scripts like cleaning the workspace and what not

this is done. just the clean.bat file remains so i can clean up my workspace faster

how about keeping your .bat files locally, but not in the repo?

added *.bat to .gitignore in branch feature/Types

okay
