Ask password when AUTH FAILED #179

It'd be nice if tunnelblick would present the username/password dialog after 
getting auth failed. We have openvpn passwords integrated to AD and those 
change every 3 months. Meaning we have to go to keychain to delete the 2 
tunnelblick entries in order to be able open a vpn connection.

Thanks for the suggestion. Tunnelblick 3.2beta06 (2011-04-06) fixes this.
