Bug Cancelling Shaped Recipes #331

Please make sure your issue complies with these guidelines:

- [x] Server Software must be the official PMMP w/o vanilla patching plugins (i.e. TeaSpoon)
- [x] Issue must have not been reported previously
- [x] Make sure you are on the latest version of PMMP & PiggyCustomEnchants
- [x] Have a detailed title.

Issue Description

Expected result: I was expecting my shaped recipe to work as usual and complete the crafting successfully
Actual result: The crafting got cancelled after claiming the output and my items were given back i.e the whole action was undone.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

... Get any plugin with a shaped recipe
... Add latest PiggyCE version and you will see that your shaped recipe doesn't work
Remove PiggyCE and you will see that it now works

OS and Versions

PocketMine-MP: 3.17.0
PiggyCustomEnchants: 2.3.0
PHP: 7.0
Server OS: Pocketmine-MP for Mac

Extra Information

You can do this on a fresh server, no plugins except this too and you will get this result

Im aware that you aren't working on PiggyCE and the other plugins anymore, but just thought that by any chance if you could. If not then also its good to know about the bug. Thanks a lot for this great plugin
