As a developer, I want to integrate an external API (like TOMTOM or Google Maps) to fetch geolocation data for addresses.

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Criteria 1 - The system can send requests to an external API to fetch geolocation data (latitude and longitude) for a given address.
[x] Criteria 2 - The application stores the geolocation data in the database to minimize redundant API calls.
[x] Criteria 3 - Ensure the API integration is efficient and does not significantly slow down the application.
