Error during installation of latest version (r271)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch setup
2. Choose everything
3. Install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see the program install without any problem. Instead, I end up with 
a message: 

C:\\Windows\WinSxS\Manifests\x86_Microsoft.VC80.ATL_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.4
053_x-ww_473666fd.cat 

An error occurred while trying to create a file in the destination directory: 
Access is denied.

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or Abort 
to cancel installation.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

r271 (latest) on Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I have the same issue on Win7 Pro 64bit.

It is a known issue. Please "Ignore" this error messages, or (better) uncheck 
the "Microsoft Visual C/C++ Libraries" when you will be prompted to choose the 
components.

oops I should've done that instead of ummm changing ownership from 
TrustedInstaller to Administrators ... time to reset ownwership ....eeeek
