Adding I422, I444 and RGB to Hi10P encodes #67

Hello,

I was just wondering if it was possible to add those to the Hi10P encodes 
profiles too?

Xvid4PSP claims it's not possible for Hi10P to use those profiles, but I made 
an experience by replacing the x264.exe in 8bit folder with the ones from the 
10bit folder and it worked.

Hi. Probably "--profile high10" must be replaced with "--profile high422" and 
"--profile high444" - I will take a look..

Since r318 the key "--profile high10" will be removed from the CLI for 10-bit 
non-I420 encodings. Works the same as replacing it with "high422" or "high444", 
but requires less movement for me :p .
