$20 - Make news crawler faster #10

There are 2 cryptocurrency exchanges Binance and Coinbase. When they list a new coin, they writes an article about it. I wrote a news crawler bot and made a Telegram channel: https://t.me/ethicalpricehackers. The bot sends new (Binance and Coinbase) listing articles to the Telegram channel, but it has 1-2 minute delay. I don't know why, but my bot receives the article later than it published. I want to receive it in 3 seconds, and this bot needs to be faster than the official Binance listings channel. Is it possible to make it faster? (Just an idea, but maybe the coin is added earlier to the API, so you can check public and hidden api endpoints to get the coin name before the listing announced.)

Do you still want to work on it? If yes, you can start, but note that I'll only pay for finished jobs and the task is that make this script faster than the official Binance Telegram.
