User Story

As a user, I would like to limit choices to certain types of schools or grades.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] index.html has a school type option (public, charter, private)
[ ] index.html has a grade option (age)
[ ] index.html has an option to sort search results (Ranking or Distance)
[ ] list search results/be able to callback data(firebase)
