Alan at 7pm I’m not finished with scoping efforts. I’ve created a draft Vision and Impact statement based on discussion with the team. I’d like feedback from the team. Vision statements are timeless. Mission statements have quantifiable measures and timeframes. I also want to share how I’m using Design Thinking approach. It really a team approach that’s helpful understanding and documenting the problem(s) we’re trying to solve and prototype solutions we’re building.

Team Shared a Preview PDF for 7pm discussion. One hole in the Impacts section is success measurements. If you think the impacts described at this high level have success measures, please come prepared to discuss them. If we don't know success measures in advance, how will we know when we succeed?
