Look & Feel for Fieldworker App

Some progress in the last week:

Fixed some centering issues in Responsive modes
Started the post-login screen to start GPS tracking and capture a selfie
Working on the menus to disable inactive features, i.e., add a record when you're not logged in, log in when you are already logged in, etc.
