Player skins missing #2

Hello everyone,

I currently have the latest version(from SpigotMC) of AlwaysOnline and while it does exactly what it says on the box(see the outage that occurred not to long ago), it seems to force all players to use the Alex skin. The plugin is installed on BungeeCord and is the only plugin installed. Removing the plugin restores player skins. If there is anything I can do to help you investigate the cause of the issue, feel free to let me know.

Skins are from the Mojang API, does this occur when those servers are online aswell? For a backup, one could possibly fetch skins cached on namemc.com, but I have no idea as to their current state.
