Adding Communication Wrappers to Xamarin #32

This will be done as a Service, so we can mock it.

[x] Add Interfaces for Services
[ ] Add Services implementation, calling the backend
[x] Add Mock services used in DEBUG
[x] Setup C# Directiv in App providing correct services

This will basically work 100% the same as the communcation between ASP -> Navision
