What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Put the system into standby.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should cut video. video remains active

What version of priiloader are you using? On what ios/system menu?
0.2(r30) cIOS 60 4.1U

Do you have any IOS patches installed? (if so which ios and what patch?)
most of them..... shouldn't matter works without preloader or priiloader.

What are your wii system menu settings
settings are default with burn in reduction and widescreen active.

and how long do you wait, and does it still happen when you remove a DVD from
the drive

cause with DVD in the drive it could take a while...

I'll take a look. I'll leave it with the disc in until it either turns off or 10
minutes go by which ever comes first. I'll also check if the disc being in the
drive
has anything to do with it. Sorry missed a few points on it was up a little
late...

ok I took a look I let it sit in standby with the disc in and after over ten
minutes
it didn't cut the video signal. I removed the disc and even all my usb devices
memory
cards ect. and still five minutes later it's still active. I'm going to install
an
original system menu IOS and system menu wad and then priiloader and see if it
was
perhaps the cIOS.

ok last comment for now. I have taken a deeper look into the whole thing.
reinstalled
system menu IOS 60 and priiloader. I disabled all the system menu hacks from
start
patch and priiloader settings. I removed the disc and all other items from the
wii
including the usbGecko the USB hard drive, Gamecube controllers GC memory card.
even
the SD card and Did a full power cycle of the system. After all this still the
video
feed stays open while the system is in standby. It's been at least a five
minute wait
for each test.

Ok I have completely tested starting with the fresh unmodified system menu
install
with an untouched IOS 60 I then installed bootmii boot2 and tried only to note
that
the system went to standby and cut the video feed. I then installed Priiloader
and
then power off the system and the video feed stays open........ I then
uninstalled
priiloader and chose the shutdown option in the HBC and the video feed remained
open
just as with priiloader...... I turned it off and then on and put the system in
standby the video feed was cut........

So yeah oddly the HBC's shutdown function has the same issue for me. Any idea
as to
what this might be? perhaps reinstall all the patched IOS's with unpatched
versions
and see if this has any difference?
