Update Wiimmfi Patch hack to v3 #274

Welp, PR #273 seems to be broken (I can no longer reopen it and it shows the wrong commits ...) so I'm making a new one to merge my change into the release branch.

Description of the original PR:

Two days ago, there was another update to the existing Wiimmfi patchers, because a security issue has been found in a bunch of other Wii games (not just Mario Kart Wii). This PR updates the Priiloader Hack to v3 which does contain these security fixes.

Marking this as a draft PR for now so a couple more people can test this before it's merged and "final" - I didn't really have the chance to test this with a whole bunch of different games. (So please don't merge this just yet)

Please let me know if this causes issues with any games.

Tested with Mario Kart Wii, PES 2009, Super Mario Galaxy (non-WFC), Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City - no crashes or errors

Yeah, looks like that's fine. The logs on the server are looking correct, too - and the patching code itself is identical to the one in the other Wiimmfi patchers so it's unlikely that there are more issues with other games. I guess this is ready to be merged.
