Wii shut down immediately after first boot

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Shutdown Wii
2. Start Wii first time (Wii will shutdown immediately)
3. Start Wii again (Will will boot up correctly)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Wii should start up.

What version of priiloader are you using? On what ios/system menu?
rev41 of priiloader. Firmware 4.0!

Do you have any IOS patches installed? (if so which ios and what patch?)
IOS 36 has free trucha bug only.

What are your wii system menu settings
Autostart System IOS
