highly doubtfull but it guess its worth a shot to completely patch ios61...
but before you do that, try and load system menu with a ios that is already
patched
something like cios or ios36

I had the same issue using Wiikey 1, initially I though it was because I
uninstalled DVDx but after updating to Priiloader 0.4 retail discs now work
again :) Not sure about burned disc's, I use a USB harddrive now instead.
Unfortunately I never checked the version on the Priiloader I already had
installed :(

Is anyone else having this problem? After installing Priiloader, the dvd drive
doesn't even spin. It could be coincidence, and my drive crapped out, but the
timing is a bit strange.

uninstall priiloader (or reinstall system menu) and see if it still happens? :)

I'm having the same issue. softmodded wii, worked fine for most burned games. I
installed priiloader and suddenly every disc, legit or burned, started giving
me disc read errors.

what version do you have installed? and have you tried uninstalling priiloader
to see if priiloader is really the cause?

It happend the same to me: Have Wiikey and can't remember what version was instaled, but since I set the "Region free" codes my disc menu died. I tried to unistall priiloader, reinstall all IOS and system menu but It didn't work. Gamecube games are playable trough it, and all wii games can be played on neogamma, so It's not a hardware issue... What else can I do? May be a region thing? Does priiloader only patch the system menu?
