ES_DiVerify failed on 0.3 (r47), but not on 0.2 (r30) #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install any IOS using Trucha Bug Restorer or DOP-IOS
2.Set Priiloader to male System Menu load from that IOS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the System Menu to load, but got ES_DiVerify failed instead.

What version of priiloader are you using? On what ios/system menu?
0.3 (r47)

Do you have any IOS patches installed? (if so which ios and what patch?)
IOS136-Trucha Bug Restorer, IOS249 rev16, IOS137-TBR

The same IOS loads perfectly with the exact same settings on 0.2(r30), but not
on 0.3(r47).

What are your wii system menu settings

I think so, since it worked on 0.2, I'm not sure if TBR is
supposed to patch in ES_DiVerify.
It doesn't work on IOS249 either, still gives me the same
error, and that's Waninkoko's cios rev16.
Nothing except IOS60(untouched) works. If it's somehow
related, I got the "always boot up to Priiloader" bug on 0.2.

EDIT: I just checked, TBR does ES_DiVerify patch the IOSes.

TBR only patches IOS15/36/37 (and 37 can't do ES_DIVErify). why would you want
it there?

anyway, thats odd cause for me it works fine...
sign check log would be nice

Yes, but I installed the patched IOS36 as IOS136. I want my
Sys.Menu to load to IOS136 because it has the trucha patch so I
can play homebrew discs and texture mods, since I'm staying
far away from IOS60 (my sys.menu IOS)
Which sign check app? I remember there was around 3 of them
on Wiibrew.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how safe is it (in your opinion)? I'm currently trying
to
avoid anything that says "beta" on it because I can't have Bootmii-boot2 and
this is
my second Wii; don't want to screw this one up too.

0.3b was a public release. i instantly updated 0.3 to 0.3b once i heard about
the
bug... it just wasn't till a few hours ago i realised i didn't update the
wiibrew page

its a safe update ;)

Sorry, I've been busy.
I installed 0.3b and it's working now :) thanks.
SignCheck doesn't work for me though, it freezes at IOS31.
I thought of a new feature for Priiloader while updating it - split Priiloader
into 2
parts, the first part is the one that goes first, a simple, stripped down
version
where absolutely nothing can possibly go wrong, then the real Priiloader with
all the
features is loaded by the first part, so only the second part will ever need to
be
updated, and if anything ever goes wrong while updating Priiloader (the second
part)there's something to fall back on.

However, the Homebrew Channel no longer refreshes the app list when the SD card
is
taken out and re-inserted.

that first part is what i call the HBC stub :P dont forget that 99% of the
priiloader
crashes can now be resolved by pressing reset once which , just like any
homebrew
loaded from HBC , will load HBC :)

also, about the HBC thingy, you have a usb device inserted dont you ? :P

Yeah, I had an USB device inserted. Silly me :P
Thanks again!
