Automatically generate hacks.ini #46

Get priiloader to write a hacks.ini file to SD/USB supporting 4.x menu's
and all applicable hacks. Could add this feature to the installer that'd
probably be best.

what

go create your own hacks.ini using your os (which is probably windows) and put 
it on
your SD :/

how lazy can you be...

It just seems like an unnecessary step to have to go and create your own 
hacks.ini
when the installer could do it. Especially for n00bs trying to apply hacks 
missing
the hacks.ini file.
