installed r63
set ignore standby and light on error to on
also start to installed file, and return autoboot
save settings

click sysmenu
1st this gives a code dumpo
so shutdown wiii
check again settings..all are fine..boot
play via cfg loader

press home, from hbc click sysmenu
and.. i m in sysmenu..shutdown wii..its in standby instead of shutdown..so
switch on..look in priiloader settings..all settings are gone..hacks still
available

seems somethings overwrites the settings

this happens when loading the iso containing the forwarder csme00 which should
load
the sysmenu from any loader, if priiloader is setup to startup installed file
and
reboot to autoboot

so in anyway this channel deletes the settings of priilaoder

settings get reset when priiloader detected the settings size isn't the same as
it
should be.

however, the code dump is what im interrested in. what rev were you running
before r63?

before 63 i was running 58

i m little bit confused, how can a forwarder modify setting size?

maybe there will be a priiloader internal solution to get into wii menu, also,
if set
to autoboot to file or hbc

or maybe we let it start to system menu, but return to installed file/hbc
(currently
not possible)

have you tried uninstalling priiloader using cios and reinstalling it? (to reset
everything)

you could always use the debug info on settings to see if im right :P (it
should say
its resetting settings)
that is, if you dont have a usbgecko

also, just a side note , DSI code dumps dont mean you h ave to shutdown the
wii. you
can also press reset to load HBC since i made it load the HBC stub :)

any changes on this issue?

as there is now the PRUNE word in cfgloader supported, the iso with the
forwarder is
no longer needed, so it will still overwrite settings, if used
but i dont use it any longer, as i now have a way to get into wii menu based on
cfgloader+magicword in priiloader (r69)
