r73 after accessing System Menu Hacks and trying to load System Menu get DSI error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run System Menu Hacks Option
2. Run System Menu Option
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
System Menu to load, see DSI error instead.

What version of priiloader are you using? On what ios/system menu?
r73 IOS60 System Menu 4.1E

Do you have any IOS patches installed? (if so which ios and what patch?)
IOS36 FULL patched

What are your wii system menu settings

the last info you got from the debug should have been "entrypoint: 00003400" 
right?
