DVD Recongnized in SM but "An error has ocurred.."

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Install Priiloader from HBC with(out) cIOS 249

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I first tried cios249 v19 (base ios38) and the SM freezes when loading DVD
in SM, 4same happens with base ios60,57,38.. if i install cIOS 249 v19
(base ios37) the DVD is recognized but then it give the error "An error has
ocurred blah blah"

Then i tried with rev17 of cIOS 249 and it gives the same error...

Also i only tried backups, any Wii backup wont load but all gc backups did
load. i have cmios v10 installed.

What version of priiloader are you using? On what ios/system menu?

0.4 rev78, on wii 4.1U softmodded (no hardmod)

Do you have any IOS patches installed? (if so which ios and what patch?)
yes, i used pimp my wii and have ios 36,53,55,56,60 patched and have
installed ios 249 v19,202,222,223,224 (all v5).

What are your wii system menu settings

i used the system menu hacks:
-disable updates (dvd and online)
-region free everything
-replace health warning with backmenu
-use ios 249 in SM (also tried 36 but didnt recognize DVD's)
-Wii 480P

i Also tried removing all system menu hacks and only leave the use ios249
in SM but no luck.

uninstall priiloader, reinstall the same system menu version , install 
priiloader
again and come back.

also try to use a ios that isn't infected with cios's shit and a real disc.

that, and you didn't say what you did before it started happening cause from 
all i
can tell the only issue here is your piracy issue :)

I had never tried priiloader first time using it, ill reinstall the system menu 
when i get home and try again

daco, i first uninstalled priiloader, reinstalled all ios that had trucha 
without
trucha bug (including ios36), reinstalled wii system menu 4.1U and reinstalled
priiloader... i only left ios 249,202,222,223,224 with trucha....

and still just detects the game but says the error when trying to load... any 
idea?

ok daco, sorry for all the trouble, i got it working... it seems that i didnt 
have
the "use ios249 for all dvd" in the hacks.ini and i needed it to enable that in 
order
to get the games woking, some of my backups gave me the 002 error 'cause 
they're not
patched but the ones patched loaded normally!... thanks for the help.
