Maven repository https request #3

Hi, Since Maven 3.8.1 http repositories are blocked, couldnt import to my IntelliJ, thanks!

Since we use a private Maven repository, I can not directly fix your problem. However, this solution may help you : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/67001968/how-to-disable-maven-blocking-external-http-repositories
