ReShade presets support is needed. #183

There is a whole database of ReShade presets: https://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/newlist/

Would be cool, if I could use them with vkBasalt.

You can find something in my repo Reshade2Basalt. Coming soon it will have updates, large scale of updates (into 1 month i expect)
