Make bots target sigils #86

Bots mostly ignore sigils and move for barricades but sigils must be the priority because of the resist they get by breaking them

They will now randomly attack sigils, similar to how they randomly attack arsenal crates.

Making sigils their first priority would be better for z team's advantage overall
