Reproduction Steps:
Place a Mechanical Input Hatch.
Place an Axle Adjacent to it.
Reloading the world, you can actually get in game, but you can get yourself a slightly newer, and mildly different crash by placing a creative mechanical power source next to that axle, in a bold attempt to power the hatch:
As I suspect any change to the power output level would. But setting up a variable mechanical power output setup in my world would take about 3 more crashes and reloads.
