Strip down the File IO to nothing (Will need to do further work on this).
Define base directory and add paths based on that
start work on moving to fopen, most core features are here
Add various debugging things to CmakeLists
Bump C++ requirement to C++23
Start work on making multiple resolutions available in the PC version
3DS Version may be broken at the moment but my 3DS isn't working at the minute...
