classification fails on non-redundant ncbi nt database #160

I'm using pre-built non-redundant nt database for the classification of 200,000 reads, which fails to produce any result. The command stays on queue without any warnings or errors....

How many memory do you have on your machine? To run nt database, you need about 120G memory.
