Hello,

Does the kreport show which particular reads were left unclassified? I don't need to know the count of reads unclassified but which specific reads were unclassified from my dataset.

That information is not in the kreport, the read classification is the raw output from Centrifuge and is the file you used as the input for centrifuge-kreport.
