Possibility to preapare a new nt database #227

Hi all,

Thanks a lot for you guys developing such fancy software, I used it in my current research. I plan to use it to classify the eukarya species, while the nt database you prepared is too old (in 2018). I try to use centrifuge-build to make the database myself, but always got errors. I am wondering, could you prepare a new database based on the newest version of nt database for users?

FYI, our pre-print accompanying the release of a new Centrifuge nt database is online now: Addressing the dynamic nature of reference data: a new nt database for robust metagenomic classification. Any feedback will be welcome!
