missing file: DRB5_nuc.msf #51

Possible inconsistency in Human Genome Files in "/indicies/hisatgenotype_db/HLA/msf" When running test case from Tutorial, I get the warning message: Warning: /opt/HISAT2/hisat-genotype/indicies/hisatgenotype_db/HLA/msf/DRB5_nuc.msf does not exist

PS in dir "/indicies/hisatgenotype_db/HLA/fasta" files forms pairs gen/nuc (or trpilets for true genes), but DRB5_gen has no nuc counterpart. Possibly, DRB 3,4,5 were collected into DRB345

@nikyk HISAT-genotype has moved to http://daehwankimlab.github.io/hisat-genotype and the HISAT-genotype code in the hisat2 is outdated. I will transfer this issue to the hisat-genotype repository.
