2 years ago Hello, I have problems installing and starting the program.
In particular, when downloading the genotype_genome_20180128.tar.gz file. Instead the grch38.tar.gz file I was able to find it on the hisat2 site and then edit the setup.sh file. The error is this: Resolution of ftp.ccb.jhu.edu (ftp.ccb.jhu.edu) ... 128.220.174.63 Connecting to ftp.ccb.jhu.edu (ftp.ccb.jhu.edu) | 128.220.174.63 |: 21 ... connected. Logging in as an anonymous user ... Error in server response, closing control connection. Another attempt in progress.

I think it's related to the file on the ftp site which doesn't exist. Also I tried to build the graph reference without success.
