hg38 ensGene.txt.gz annotation has header line which needs to be removed #45

The annotation file for Homo sapiens given here https://ccb.jhu.edu/software/tophat/downloads/hg38/ensGene.txt.gz on this page: https://ccb.jhu.edu/software/tophat/fusion_tutorial.shtml#toph throws an error. You have to remove the header first and then use it.
