TopHat site is not reachable #48

Hello,

I tried to reach the tool web site. But I am not able to reach the link. Is the server hosting the web site down? Can someone please help me? I trying to reach the website http://ccb.jhu.edu/software/tophat. I tried the HTTPS version as well but had no success.
