Wall Health Update #236

Walls no longer have the integrity of cardboard and will now no longer be destroyed randomly during gunfights.

Obviously defensive walls that could be shot through using a dinky stubber aren't worthy of being attached to Imperial Fortresses.

Added the merchant fix by request. Tested and compiled everything in this PR twice now. Console functioning as intended when making purchases and walls are obviously still walls.
