Add nix flake support #41

A nix flake allows building and running the software with the Nix package manager, used in NixOS or standalone. You can consider as a package or repo description.

In particular, this is used for the Unvanquished Nightly Server.

Can you install iqm as iqmtool instead and adjust the rest of the file accordingly?

This way most of the file will be future proof.
