Restore responsive editor behaviour #5

This restores the default Discourse editor sizing, which is responsive to whether the preview is open or not.

These changes are manually moved to /scss/common/_reply.scss in 8cf5531 so they are not overridden by Grunt tasks generating /common/common.scss.

One modification made in 8cf5531 is to keep the editor window attached to the bottom right hand corner, so we stay in line with Gmail and Inbox compose dialog styles.
