Can't normaly use date pickers in Chrome (74.0.3729.169). #225

Same as #214 , #219 and #221

Hi, i use last material build 4.1.1, and it works fine from Apr, but today we find it can't work again. Chrome (74.0.3729.169).

It might be effected by other script/library. Same version works well on another site.
